Welcome to the Phoenix United Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

The cost for our Phoenix United is $350 per month for 10u. 

The cost for our Phoenix United is $375 per month for grades 4-8th. 

The cost for our Phoenix United HS program is $425 per month 15-17u.

We offer teams at the 11u - 17u levels. Players will play in club tournaments around the valley and regionally, and practice 2x per week.

Note: SportsEngine has changed their billing system. At checkout the total shown is for 10 months. Payments are broken down into 9 equal payments after initial payment. Select payment plan on the last page of registration.
